Thanks for your response, but I need to know where every configuration stored, for example we know that for VLANs they are installed in VLAN.dat, So, how about all other configurations? Where are they stored?.... For that I need to know more about storage and file management for ASAs.

Is this for a school assignment or for something in your organization's network?
There are varied files - mostly stored on an internal disk0 filesystem. There could also be a disk1: and a USB: disk. If there is a service module there can also be an SSD where that system runs in a sort of full Linux virtual machine inside the ASA appliance.
The files on disk0 include: running-config, startup-config, VPN client images, system images, ASDM images, service module images, profiles for remote access VPN, DAP etc. There may be log files, crashdumps, fsck files (file system checks) and other various files depending on the ASA and what features are in use.

Thanks Marvin for your response, this is for my organisation's network, and for our case we have just a disk0. Where can I find a document that explains this storage process?

I'm not aware of any such document. My answer is based on years of experience working with the devices and what I have picked up in many many training sessions.
