can any one tell me which ram is used in Cisco ASA is it a special RAM or normal DDR. if possible tell me the specification is ASA 5520 RAM

The ASA RAM is normal DDR RAM.
But if you buy a 3rd party one and you have issues with it on the ASA, Cisco will not support it.
