You can use priority queuing for traffic shaping. Priority Queuing is going to be typically used to provide low-latency voice/video service. To enable it, you match the traffic you want to be priority queued with a 'class-map'. Then you apply the class-map to a 'policy-map' that you set the action to 'priority'.
