please help me !!!

i have an asa 5500, i configure it like cisco mail server configuration example, but i can?t access this server across internet , may somebody help me whit this issue ?

You cannot have in static NAT and the Global with ths same IP.

Remove the global .66.

no global (Outside) 1 200.109.240.66

clear xlate

And it shoould rock.

Replace the access-list and put someting in place that is more secure.
