Have you tried asking licensing@cisco.com?

Last time i needed one i asked licensing and they were able to provide one. It was a while ago.

That product is almost obsolete and thus not offered for evaluation. Cisco would recommend you use a more current and effective product like Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) or Firepower service module.
