Hi everyone,

As you can see in the title, I'm having problems regarding accessing ASDM. I want to enable the VPN in the firewall through the ASDM, but after many attempts, I still get a error when entering https://IP_Management_adress: Secure Connection Failed

My configuration:

ciscoasa(config)# show start

Please try to follow the link:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/adaptive-security-device-manager/110282-asdm-tshoot.html#prblm13

It should give you right guidance. Let us know if you are stuck at some point.

Could you issue the command "show asp table socket"

You might need to add the following command:

conf t

ssl encryption aes256-sha1 aes128-sha1 3des-sha1 des-sh

Try adding this command then test.
