i have this message ever time i try to deploy new configuration on FTD 2110
(( deployment failed due to conflict with ongoing previous deployment if problem persists after retrying.))

There are a couple of known bugs that can cause this problem. One of them has a work around as described in the BugID:

If that doesn't work for you, I suggest you open a TAC case. There are some more involved work around steps for the other bugs.
