Cisco ISE authentication process

The authentication process for endpoints seems unnecessarily long with many repeats of the same steps.

We use Radius in conjunction with native Windows 802.1x and EAP-MSCHAP (Microsoft PEAP).

Can anyone assist?

Our set-up is all Cisco Switches and we use ISE version 1.3.

90% of our user devices are Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.
