Hello,
I am trying to push out recent firewall changes via the Cisco Security Manager and am getting an error:
An error response from the device prevented successful completion of this operation. The device provided the following description: crypto key ****** rsacrypto key ****** rsa
^
ERROR: % Invalid input detected at '^' marker. An error response from the device prevented successful completion of this operation. The device provided the following description: crypto key ****** rsacrypto key ****** rsa

ERROR: % Invalid input detected at '^' marker.
anyone seen this before and have an idea on how to fix it?
regards,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
A few questions:
1. What is the full version of CSM you are running (including service packs)
2. What firewall platform are you trying to manage (PIX, ASA, or FWSM)?
3. What version of software does the firewall run?
4. What kind of policy are you trying to push that generates that error?

Mike,
Its ok now. I got to the bottom of this one. I was trying to push out a config in the Flex configs on the csm but as soon as i deleted this it was fine.
thanks
Kevin
