Cisco Smart License Software manager

Hi Experts

CCO download site gives two versions for Smart software manager satellite server. 4.0 ISO file and 3.0 OVA file. Which one should be used in VMWare/KVM? Can you please guide?

I was not able to find any guide/release notes.
