I have a cisco vpn client that I am testing before I deploy. However, I can hit the concentrator and it authenticates against the ACS and I am in the network. The problem is that when I am in the network, Everytime I try to \\server it askes me for user credentials. It also does this with the standard Microsoft PPTP client. Login is fine, but have to reauthenticate against every machine I go to. This issue just started on the PPTP and that I why I tried to get the Cisco VPN client working. But it has the same problems. (by the way before last week, the PPTP client worked fine with no issues for over 6 months, and I am the only one with permissions to make changes on the Concentrator, and there are no changes) PLEASE HELP

If you have the "Start before logon" feature checked for the client, it should only be asking for the domain credentials once. If you are still being prompted for credentials when accessing a network share, this is usually a symptom of not being logged onto the network or it could be a possible MTU issue.

I have done that, It still has the same problems.
I tried something else.
I setup a windows 2003 server for VPN access (thinking I may have to swap over until we find the problem) and if you logged into this machin (part of the domain) you authenticate also but if you just supply username and password there are the same problems asking for authentication. If you log in using domain\username and password all works fine.
But the Cisco client still does not work right. still has the same issues no matter what I try.

Are you running a WINS server in your network and did you specify it in your 'Client Config' in the group-def on the concentrator?

yes wins and DNS are both configured.
