Client VPN error

We are trying to install a Cisco VPN Client and get an error, can anyone suggest how to trouble shoot. Thanks.

It seems you are not placing the correct password for user authentication.

Lookinf at the log you have tunnel group name vpn, here you should get pop-up window to enter the pre-share key password to authenticate the tunnel, seems you got this far, once you authenticate through the tunnel another pop-up window should come up which is the user authentication and you are using asavpn as user name , here is where it seems to be failing, do you have correct password for this user.
