Client VPN to network

We can access the network with Cisco VPN Client, however, on one can access Outlook. Any suggestions would be appreciated to enable remote users to access Outlook rempotely.

Use the non-NATed Mail Server IPs in the outlook clients to connect to the Mail servers at the other end.
