command to check connectivity

i have a vpn concentrator with more than 20 connections. what is the command to check if one of my vpn connections is down?

Have you considered using something like the CiscoWorks VPN Monitor. For moe info you could refer to the documents at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/cscowork/ps2326/index.html
