Hi George,
nat (Guest) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0
interface Vlan3
security-level 50
That will do it

Hi ,
My pleasure.
I already did :
nat (Guest) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0
It uses the global nat, that you have already configured :
global (outside) 1 interface

thank you very very much for your help
i want to ask ou something please
im trying now with my local network, if i want to connect 0/0 to the internet and the ISP have already made natting,
should i erase this command ?
04-29-2012 09:39 AM
No, you need the nat (inside) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 , in ored to nat the packets from INSIDE to OUTSIDE ( internet ).
What you whould know, is that your licence (Base lincence) will allow one of vlans (in your case Guest) to communicate with just 1 of the other interfaces ( in your case outside). So you will not be able to permit forward traffic from Guest to Inside. (just so you know, in case you have any other planse for the Guest vlan, other then internet access)
Dan
04-29-2012 09:54 AM
Thank you Dan
in my case i want all vlans (Guest, inside) to be separated
you told me:
'No, you need the nat (inside) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 , in ored to nat the packets from INSIDE to OUTSIDE ( internet ).'
so i need both nat here, for inside and Guest, even my ISP provide me the natting ?
04-29-2012 10:02 AM
You need nat if your ISP does not provide the NATing, or maybe if you want to hide some prefixes from the ISP.
Looking at your outside interface's config , I do no think that you provider provides the natting ( because of the public IP configured on the interface )
interface Vlan2
nameif outside
security-level 0
ip address 78.100.86.70 255.255.255.248
But teoretically speaking if your ISP would do the nat, then you will not the neither nat (inside and Guest), neither the global (outside).
Regards
Dan
