connectivity issue on Identity Source using FDM

Hi All, 

I have issue on setting up Identity Source on FDM ..  

LDAP configurations set up on the FDM looks ok as I have exact setting  on ASA firewall and works perfectly well. 

Please see the error below and greatly appreciated your help. 

"Cannot connect to realm for RA VPN. An internal error occurred while testing aaa-server connection with data-plane. Please check backend logs."

Hello Efrem,

This could be because you specified the wrong interface under the directory server configuration when configuring the identity realm.

You should make sure that the interface specified can reach the AD subnet.
