Getting error from about 1/3 of agents
"Critical The agent software failed to compile the configuration sent from the central server:
Timed out after 600 seconds Details"
Not sure how to get the agents to update. Any ideas.

we had the same issue that was caused by a bug in the CSA client build. Try updating your clients to a new CSA 5.0 build. Once done, reboot and it should work.

If the update does not fix it (we're running 4.0.3 and 5.1), try a test group with an increased poll time (like 30 minutes instead of 10) and see if that helps some of the affected machines.
