Is there a way to control the CSA UI while using RDP? Currently I can only access the CSA UI when accessing a server from a KVM.
The CSA UI does not appear through RDP.

Are you running .203?

In my experience, I have seen that if a session is logged in via the console, then the agent will not popup in any remote desktop session. You need to log out of the console session to see the UI in the remote.

I also had that happen with earlier versions of CSA where if RDP session 0 was active, Session 1 would not get the UI.
There were also several bugs in 5.2.203 with the UI and RDP sessions but in 5.2.210, I can see the UI in both RDP sessions at the same time.

Thanks everybody for the info. I am running .203. Looks as though I have yet another upgrade to .210. Bummer.
