CSA MC license problem

We have purchased VMS unrestricted and we have received 2 PAKs: one for Common Services and one for the agents bundle. We don´t have any for the CSA MC.

When we try to introduce the agents license in CSA MC we get an error: The version of Flexlm file is newer than the system one and the license is not recognized.

Do we need another license for the CSA MC? How to resolve the problem of Flexlm file version?

Our MC shows a license for the MC for CSA. We did not have to license the CiscoWorks installation. The licenses listed look like this:

Not sure what the flexlm version is, but you do need a license for CSAMC. send request to licensing@cisco.com for this
