CSM and other FW

I'm looking to implement CSM here shortly and I'm curious if it will also manage other firewall appliances in addition to the Cisco environment? I have about 120 SonicWall device which will be convert of the next year to ISR 2911 with ZBF's and would like to manage everything on one platform. I believe I know the answer just seeking opinions and if so, how?

No - not at all for non-Cisco firewalls.

There is limited coverage for IOS-based devices but that is not strategic - it is already not keeping up with IOS security features (e.g., no support for FlexVPN) and that will only increase as time goes by.

CSM is a fine product for managing large ASA and IPS deployments but other devices generally have other solutions that are better fits.
