We have multiple contexts on FWSM and from time to time I want to start ASDM (device manager) form CSM, but I cannot. It says credentials are missing.
We managed the FWSM only over the admin context, i.e. we let CSM discover the FWSM.
Usually when you start ASDM to conect to the admin context you can then switch to the different contexts, but not from CSM and I cannot open the ASDM for the context because of missing credentials.
But I don't think it is the credentials, since we have not all contexts enabled for direct access as we have always managed the contexts from admin context.
How can we have the device manager working for all contexts?

Hello,
You'll need to right-click on each of the contexts in CSM's inventory and select "Device Properties". From here, you need to add both a management IP address and credentials for the individual context. This will let you launch ASDM for a particular context from CSM. When you discover all contexts via the admin context, CSM only populates the IP address and credentials fields for the admin context.
