CWVMS 2.2 License Problem

Could anyone assist this issue ?

Whenever I tried to upload the file in Common Services License Option then it shows License file may have been corrupted.

Hi,

if license file is a valid one and you still see "corrupt" error, then a possible cause could be a database corruption issue itself. try

1- restart the server (just in case if some service is stopped)

2- apply all the patches

3- run idsalarms and dbcompact utility
