Deployment Fail between Firepower and Firepower Management Center

Helllo everyone

I have a problem with deployment.
I have devices which are Firepower 8350 and Firepower Management Center .
When I deploy the devices, deployment failure is occurred.
I just wonder that version differences can be the problem.
Firepower version is 6.0
Firepower management center version is 6.1
Could it be possible to occur the deployment failure due to version differences?

or other reason?

FMC 6.1 should manage your 6.0 devices just fine.

Does your audit log show any detail on the error encountered?
