we have use two network in our DHCP server (172.16.1.0/24, 172.16.2.0/24), both are in same VLAN. and both network having gateway in router. here, in my pc ip address is 1.0 series network. some time i tried to ping some of the 2.0 series network ip address assigned pc's. i can able to ping. at the same time some 2.0 series network ip address assigned pc's can't able to ping.
is this problem occurring in network side or PC side? Please help me..

I would check the device that's doing the routing between these 2 subnets

Yes, I can able to ping some of that ip address on that subnet. But some of the IP address on that subnet can't able ping.

can you provide information about the config of the layer 3 device , its impossible to tell whats causing it without seeing the config
all I can say without looking at it is check your access-list could be restriction on what can speak to each other

But, if I add statically both 1.0 series network and 2.0 series network ip in my pc, it can able to ping

Hi,
please check below :
1. the devices you cant ping check the windows/linux firewall settings if they are dropping the packets
2. Access list configured to deny ICMP packets
3. Routing between the two VLAN's
you can use wire-shark software on both ends to analyse if there is something preventing incoming/outgoing ICMP's between the two ends.
