could someone please advise how to properly disable SIP ALG on asa.
I have tried by no inspect sip but our sip provider thinks it is still on and I could not find it anywhere and how to disable it. Cisco spa112 are totally not getting out on the internet.
I need to find a solution to fix these issues. Please advise.

Please view the below thread for disabling SIP ALG on ASA.

Also if you want to do it from ASDM here is a guide about service-policies and ASDM

Hope to help.

Thanks Syeda3 but it didn't make any sense to me. Cisco looks okay but doesn't explain how to disable or fix in detail.

To disable SIP inspection in the ASA, you need to navigate to “Configuration” then “Firewall” then highlight “Service Policy Rules.”
Once in “Service Policy Rules” you highlight the default inspection policy by left clicking on it and then choose the “Edit” button at the top. This will open a new window. At the top, click on the “Rule Actions” tab. Scroll down until you see “SIP” option and then UN-CHECK the option and hit “Ok” then click the “Apply” button at the bottom.
