DOES the PIX 515 support Policy Based Routing PBR

Hello,

I would like to put 2 Internet line on my PIX outside interface.

I would like to know if the PIX is able to make load balancing between the two line based on the source adresse of the packet or the protocol type ???

The PIX does not support any policy based routing functions at this time. It does however support OSPF Equal Cost Multi-Path (ECMP). This allows you to send up to 3 default routes to the PIX which the PIX uses in a load balanced scenerio. The algorithm used to determine which gateway to send the packets out uses a hash based on the destination IP and port and is not customizable.
