You need to do the following:

policy-map global_policy

class inspection_default

  inspect http

If you have large amounts of HTTP traffic passing through the device, expect to see an increase in CPU utilization.  I would suggest monitoring the CPU usage during high traffic periods after applying HTTP inspection.
