Error "license is Invalid: Not a valid feature license file".

I'm new here, I have a question because I don't have support from cisco because my account there isn't permission yet to open a case using my corporate e-mail.

Was sent me a license from FirePower UTM to do activation, I've never done that

So I'm trying to use the "ASA FirePower Configuration" tab, and so in "Licenses" to insert the 2 new licenses to "URL Filtering" and "Malware", but in both cases, it is returning Error "license is Invalid: Not a valid feature license file". Does anyone know what I have to do to insert this license?

I just can appreciate your reply, thank you.

It appears you are entering it correctly. At this point I would suggest opening a case with Cisco TAC Licensing team to see why the license isn't being accepted by the device.

What is the source of the licenses you are installing? They are specific to the target device and must match the license ID shown in the GUI to be valid.

Hello Marvin,

Thanks for your answer first, what about the source of this license, how it was built, I don't know, I just received an internal e-mail to insert this license in the ASA box, I attached a file, with some images to you better understand me.

Thank again for the force.

OK, those appear to be valid.

When you add them to the ASA via ASDM, you will need to do one at a time.

So only put in the section starting from BEGIN Sourcefire Product License to including the line END Sourcefire Product License.

Do that first for the URLFilter and click Submit License and apply and then repeat the process for the Malware license.

Marvin,

Unfortunately, I've tried before with just this part that you commented on, but also it isn't working.

I've tried right now, just to put a screenshot you see.
Just to you know, I've put just one part of the license at a time.
First, I put URLFilter, after I've tried the MALWARE license.

It appears you are entering it correctly. At this point I would suggest opening a case with Cisco TAC Licensing team to see why the license isn't being accepted by the device.

Thanks Marvin,
