Hi,

I am getting the following Warning message when I reload my PIx 501 running ver 6.2

"start and end addresses overlap the broadcast address" I am not sure where I did a mistake. Did anybody ever get this sort of error, if so In what are the possibe resolutions. I am not doing anything fancy . I configured the outside interface as 190.10.10.1 255.255.255.0 and inside interface as 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0. I am using Dhcp on the inside and NAT for external connectivity by saying global (outside) 1 interface and nat inside 1 0 0. Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.

So the pool in the outside interface should be 190.10.10.1 to 190.10.10.254

Inside should be 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254.

Please double check these two pools not using 0 and 255, those are network and broadcasting address for the network.
