Hello Team,
I've tried to upgrade our IPS module unfortunately I got an error when upgrading our sensor "Error: execUpgradeSoftware : socket error: 113". Ca anyone help me on this case.

Can you ping the server you are trying to download the software from? It sounds like it has a lack of connectivity.

You could try with below solutions:

Also you try to download the file and try to upgrade the IPS sensor through IDM or IME also. It would be upgrading the sensor through local drive :
