Factory-reset FTD 1120 "application installation failed. Launching.."

Hi All

I did a factory reset on the box, and it boot to 6.6.7 which is located on disk. After login the "Loading please wait..." times out with "application installation failed. Launching fxos console!"

From ROMMON I can boot via USB into 7.0, copy the security pack to disk but I'm unable to perform the install due to a pending installation. I've tried the "cancel" option, but I doesn't work - most likely since it's a install as a result of a factory-reset

The question is, how to I kill the pending install so I can proceed with 7.0? I haven't tried removing all images from the devices yet, as I haven't been at the office.

I did a full erase of the SSDs on the device. After boot from USB, the device doesn't show "failed" and there's no pending install. Followed the re-image guide from there and on. Fixed. No TAC
