firepower management center unexpectedly shuts down and after System processes are starting, please wait

Hi

I have an issue with FMC 6.2.2 virtual appliance , after esx host shuts down unexpectedly some gui process become down and the system return "System processes are starting, please wait" ,

I tried " #pmtool restartbyid <service_name>" but Tomcat process and service are still down,

how can i resolve this issue?

For an issue like this you would be better served by opening a TAC case. It may be that your FMC database is corrupted - the TAC engineer will be able to assist with that.
