I have a problem with the graphical interface of the firesight 4000, when I try to make enter my user and password a blank page is displayed and I can not enter the dashboard
With the SSH I can enter the console with the same user password
thank you

Do you even get the page prompting you to login?
You are trying using https://<chassis management address> - correct?
If so have you tried any alternate browser?

From the FX-OS cli, change to "scope system", "scope services" and then "show https". Please share that output.

Sorry - I misunderstood that you were asking about FMC 4000. I was thinking 4100 series running FTD.
For your FirePOWER Management Center, has the GUI worked before? What changed since then if so.
I see your screen shot shows a long string after the address. Are you beng redirected to that when trying to access the https://<FMC IP> page?

I'm sorry for that but I'm talking about FMC 4000
The interface GUI normally work most suddenly when I make enter user and password I am redirect on this page (screenshot) and nothing appears
thank you...

I have not seen that problem before.
Have you tried restarting the FMC server from cli?
Other than that suggestion, I would try contacting TAC for a tech support session.

Yes I tried restarting the FMC server from cli I restart the FMC several times, I have to change browser and PC but nothing

I'd definitely open a TAC case then. It seems as if the web server component of FMC has some corruption.
