Hi @abdulaziz.doro, Are you using any proxy in your environment for internet connectivity, or are you in an air-gapped environment? If so, this SSO login might not work. You will need to raise a TAC case to obtain the offline version of the Firewall Migration Tool.

If the Firewall Migration Tool is not working, try these steps:

Check compatibility with your firewall version Run as administrator to avoid permission issues

Disable antivirus or firewall temporarily if it’s blocking the tool Ensure source and destination configs are correct and accessible Check logs or error messages for specific issues Reinstall the tool or use the latest version If it still fails, test on another system to rule out local issues.

This is a known issue with the ASA to FTD Migration Tool when it can’t properly authenticate or validate the CCO session.

Quick checks to resolve it:

Make sure you’re using a Cisco account with active Smart Licensing access.

Verify internet access and proxy settings (the tool often fails behind corporate proxies/firewalls).

Try running the tool as Administrator and disabling SSL inspection temporarily.

Confirm the FMC version matches the migration tool version (7.7 tool requires FMC 7.7).

If it still fails, download the tool again and clear any cached credentials.

If none of the above works, open a Cisco TAC case this issue is commonly server-side or account-related
