The Firewall Migration Tool (FMT) will help customers with migrating the source configuration from:

    • PALOALTO
    • Fortinet
    • Checkpoint

The migration tool is getting enhanced on a regular basis and the current latest version is 7.0.0.1.  This release comes up with the following enhancements:

  • Support migration of ASA HA pair to a FTD HA pair on management center
  • Supports migration of S2S hub and spoke VPN topology

For the 3rd party platform - Fortinet, the latest migration tool added capability to support the following configuration:

  • IPv6 interface configuration
  • Multiple interface and interface zones in SSL VPN
  • Central SNAT configuration from a Fortinet firewall to the threat defense device
