firewall with IPS &WSE sizing

Can this firewall "ASA5515-SSD120-K9" with subscription "ASA5515AWI1Y" support IPS and web-filtering for 300 users?

There is no user count, it's base more on throughput. The ASA5515-X with AVC and WSE can filter at a rate of 350Mbps. IPS will slow that down depending on how you deploy the IPS policy. Roughly I would say it would be fine for 200Mbps with full IPS.
