FMC Change Default Management Interface

Hi All,

I'm currently deploying an FMC 4700 appliance which I would like to connect to the network using one of the additional 10/25G SFP+ interfaces (Eth2 or Eth3) and not the default copper RJ45 interface (Eth0).

I found the following document that describes the process to change the default management interface to one of the other interfaces. Has anyone done this before on an FMC4700? Any issues or things to be aware of?

This is confirmed supported for FMC hardware appliances (not for FMCv). I have not done it personally though.

Thanks Marvin - I've just tested this by moving the default admin interface to Eth2 and shutting down Eth1 with no issues.
