Hi Sam,

Strange it may like but its expected.

FTD backups is not yet supported feature. All the config would still be there on FMC, so you can take backup of FMC.

Some device specific settings are still there on FTD which cannot be taken but its not available yet.

Rate if helps,

Thnaks for the answer, so if I had well understood, for now , we have only 2 solutions : either backup all FMC and get FTD backup included or use Import/export feature to export FTD's policy ?

Hi Sam,

yes, that's correct. FMC backup would include all of the FTD policies but yes, you can individually export the policies as well,

Hi @yogdhanu,

Any news about this feature please ? I insatlled version 6.3.0 but still cannot do it.

reagrds,

@sam cook

If both your FMC and the managed FTD device is running 6.3 or later, the option to backup the device should appear in your system.

thank you @Marvin Rhoads,

In fact, only mu FMC was in 6.3.0 , now when i upgraded my FTD to 6.3.0 , evry thing is fine

You're welcome. Please mark the reply as helpful if it helped.

I am having the same issue and both of my devices are running 6.3.0

I am going to answer my own question.

If you are running 6.3.0 for azure its not going to show up , If you have it for VMware of 2110 or 4110 they will show up
