I need to know if i have FP2110 with IPS license and i need to make HA between them do i need extra license to do HA or not ?

No extra license is required to configure a High Availability pair.

Each member in the pair does require its own separate IPS subscription.

Just to add to what already Marvin pointed out (+5 for you sir). The H/A functionality does not require a license and by default each appliance comes with the NGFW base license. However, any additional features that are subscription based (IPS, AMP and URL Filtering) are required for each appliance that is deployed.
