FTD Not registering

I have registered 3 FTD's thus far to FMC 7. We ordered an additional FTD that is not contract associated and when I try to register to the FMC all I get is a "Detected registration type supported by device" message and it never registers. I can't open a TAC case as it's not contract associated so I am not sure what to do here? I have network connectivity between the FTD and FMC obviously as the "Detected registration type supported by device" message appears in the task log.

Just wanted to update this. I feel pretty stupid here as I get in a rush sometimes. Anyways what happened is in FMC 7.2 there is a Tier you need to select for the registration which was not in previous versions. I assumed it was not a requirement and kept trying to register without selecting the tier which in my case is FMCV10. Once I selected it the registration completed
