FTD PBR Question

HI

Our FTD.s are running on version 7.0.5, Is it possible to implement PBR on this code please.?
And also here is my senario I would like to send part of a /21 network which is in its own VRF on the FTD down a IPSEC VPN for its gateway and keep the other half of the subnet pointing as is directly to Inet via Outsaide Interface, Is this achievable please.?

@benolyndav the /21 is in a user defined VRF? On 7.0 PBR and VPN is only supported in the global virtual router only. From 7.2 you can configure VPN in user-defined VRF, but PBR is still only configurable under global.
