How many users does the PIX support using the PDM simultaneously?
How does the Management Centre for Firewalls communicate with the PIX - SSH, SSL?

Currently, you are limited to 5 PDM users logged into the same PIX at the same time.
And, Firewall MC uses SSL to connect to the devices.
