Hi,
Two days ago, I ran generating a network report for the past 24 hours. Currently, the report has not been generated.
How can I stop generating a report?
How can I find the root cause of failure?

That's definitely abnormal - these usually take a few minutes to generate.
I'd suggest opening a TAC case as they may have to do some database table manipulation from the cli to cancel the job.

Thank you for your quick response.
Unfortunately, I do not have a support contract yet. I have High Availability installation. This server act as Active.
Maybe I could restart the server or switch roles from Active to Standby, if I have no choice. What do you think?
