“what options we can offer a client if they are planning on purchasing 25 switches (9200 & 9300 series), mainly with regards to licensing.  Our client is interested to know if there is a group license option perhaps, also which licenses is required? Smartnet, DNA etc.

Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty are included in every Catalyst 9k switch purchased.  There is no need to spend on SmartNet to RMA switches unless the client has money to burn. 

Free firmware download (minor or major release) are included in every Catalyst 9k switch purchased.  There is no need to buy SmartNet to download software unless the client wants to spend money.

In regards to Licenses, just get Network Essential and DNA Essential.  When the DNA Essential license expires, let it.  Nothing is going to happen except the logs will get spammed with expired DNA License.
