Is it possible to change the MAC address 00-05-9A-3C-78-00 on the Cisco VPN Client / Cisco Systems VPN Adapter - Deterministic Enhancer Miniport. (Version 4.6.02.0011)

I've tried using mac address changeing softeware on it before and it always changed it back when I enable my VPN.
