how to enable the FW

Hi,

I setup the router 1811 with IOS feature set. I use the SDM to config the interface (FE0 and FE1). when I config the "firewall" and "NAT", it shows that "it is unable to config the firewall" or "it is unable to config the NAT".

I such add following:

- FE0: ip address 172.16.1.1 /24 (WAN)

- FE1: ip address 192.168.3.3/24 (LAN)

default route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 172.16.1.2

I keep the VLAN to be 10.10.10.1

How do I enable the Firewall?

Firstly you need to check that your IOS supports Firewalling.

Do a sh ver and post the output in here.
