inter-vlan routing on cisco asa 5512

Hello guys,

I'm having a masive pain with this asa 5512. It's my first time using one and i can't figure out too much about it's functionality.

So what I need to do is to connect the just-arrived MyPBX to one of our servers and make them communicate.

PBX is in vlan 5 that has a /24 ip class and the server is in vlan 100 in a /30 ip class.

I've tried for one week to make those two be friends, but no chance until now. Maybe you can help me with some advice?

Are you using the ASA as a gateway or just a device on either network?

I have a Cisco Meraki router where his IP is set as server's Gateway and the ASA is also used as gateway. 

So server's gw is 10.100.1.1 and pbx's gw is 10.0.1.254.
