your interface errors is typical indications of speed/duplex missmatches, even though you have 100/full duplex hard coded on interface inside and outside check that whatever they connect to the speed and duplex is also hardcoded..
if your inside physical is connected to a switch make sure switch port is set to 100/full, same for outside, in some cases outside connects to unmanageable device where you cannot set the transmission speed, if this is the case then make your outside firewall physical interface is set to auto/auto.
after you check these and make proper speed corrections issue clear counters on firewall and look at the interfaces to see if problem is gone.
