I am trying to ping the internal IP of ASA from an outside IP, and the ping results shows request time out. Where I have permissioned ICMP on internal interface in ASA
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The ASA only allows you to ping the interface to which you are attached. You cannot ping an interface across the firewall--this is by design.
