IPS 4255 IDM Problem

Hi,

I've a IPS 4255 with the version 6.0(3) and when t try to acess the IPS through HTTPS - IDM appers this error in Java Console(1.6.0_05-b13):

"Invoking SGZ Loader...

java.net.SocketException:Unexpected end of file from server"

and i can't connect to my IPS.

I don't understand why...

Try to download the latest release of 1.6 or add an additional installation of java 1.5. Then in your browser select that (IE >> Internet Options >> Advanced >> Java) then reboot the browser.

Also I hope you increasing the memory using -Xmx256m in Control Panel >> Java >> ...

It should be OK then.

You can also try an 'alternate' browser like Mozilla Firefox (if u're using IE) or vice versa.
